Privacy policy

FOR OWNER LEGAL REVIEW — this policy is a careful default written by the build team, including the photograph-retention commitment below (which matches how the system actually behaves). Please have it reviewed by counsel before launch, and edit this page from the admin at any time.

We collect only what we need to make your keepsake and deliver it to you, and we treat what you share with us — names, dates, words, and photographs of people you love — with the care those things deserve.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the delivery address for your keepsake.
• Personalization — the names, dates, and words you place on a piece, an optional service date, and the photographs you upload.
• Payment — payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card number never touches our systems and we never store it.
• Basic technical records — the essential cookies described below, and routine server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare your piece, to review it by hand before printing, to keep you informed about your order, and to answer your messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photographs or your words for anything other than making your keepsake — never for advertising or model training.

Your photographs

Photograph originals are retained for 24 months after your order ships, so we can help quickly with a reprint or replacement, and are deleted after that. If you’d like them removed sooner, write to us through the contact page once your order is complete and we will delete them.

Who we share with

Only the services required to fulfil your order: our payment provider (to process your payment), our production and shipping partners (to print and deliver your piece), and our email provider (to send you order updates). Each receives only what it needs for that task.

Ordering through a funeral home

If you reached us through one of our funeral-home partners, that partner can see the orders associated with their own funeral home — the order status and the details needed to assist you — as part of caring for your family. Partners never see your payment details.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one that keeps your cart and session working, and — if you arrived through a funeral-home partner’s link — one that remembers that introduction for 90 days. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Keeping records

Order records are kept as long as we’re required to for bookkeeping and tax purposes. Photograph originals follow the 24-month rule above.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we’re not legally required to keep. Write to us through the contact page and a person will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the current version will always live at this page, with meaningful changes noted plainly rather than buried.
