How your keepsake is made
Every piece is made to order — it doesn’t exist until you create it. After you place your order, it goes through our hand review, then to print and finishing. Most pieces are ready to dispatch within a few business days of passing review.
Delivery
We’ll email you when your piece ships, along with tracking so you can follow it home. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location and is added on top of production time. If your order is tied to a service date, we watch it closely through every step — and if a date ever looks at risk, we will contact you first.
If something arrives damaged, or we made an error
If your keepsake arrives damaged, or anything about it differs from the preview you approved, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it at no cost to you. A photograph of what arrived helps us make it right quickly.
Returns on personalized pieces
Because each piece is personalized, it can’t be restocked or resold, so we’re not able to offer returns for a change of mind the way an ordinary shop can. That said — these pieces matter, and we would never want one to sit in a drawer feeling wrong. If you’re unhappy with your keepsake for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you personally to make it right.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it goes to print — write to us as soon as possible and we’ll confirm where your piece is in the process.
